Delivery Information

UK Standard Delivery: £4.99

Standard delivery is available for UK customers only and is handled by Royal Mail. This is a tracked service, with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 working days. In rare cases, delivery can take up to 10 business days. Customers outside the UK will need to opt for standard international shipping.

Free Standard Shipping on all UK Orders above £100

UK Express Delivery: £7.99

Place your order by 3 PM Monday to Thursday to receive your items the next business day. Orders placed after 3 PM on Thursday will be shipped on Friday, with delivery on Monday.

  • Northern Ireland & Scotland: Delivery may take two business days or longer due to regional variations.

  • Delivery is aimed for next business day by close of play, though unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.

UK Saturday Delivery: £11.50

Place your order by 2 PM on Friday to receive your items for saturday. Orders placed after 2PM on Friday, will be shipped on Friday, with delivery on Monday.​

Collection: FREE

  1. Wait for Notification:
    You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection. Please do not come to collect your order until you have received this confirmation.

  2. Collection Location:
    Vee Beauty 164 Upper Wickham Lane, Welling, DA16 3DX | Collection is available during the following hours:
    Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM

  3. Bring Confirmation:
    When collecting your order, ensure you have your email confirmation or order details with you for verification.

No PO Boxes: Delivery services cannot deliver to PO Boxes, and parcels will be returned to us.

Sale or Promotion Periods: Please allow additional time for standard delivery during sales or promotions.
